Hydraulic
System Design & Manufacture.
SEH has over 30 years experience of producing hydraulic
power units and in 2007 we opened a new dedicated manufacturing
facility to expand our production capacity. We welcome customers
to inspect our workshop and see the facilities for themselves.
SEH offer in-house specification and design to ensure the final
product meets our customers exact requirements. In addition to
hydraulic power units, we can design and manufacture bespoke
hydraulic cylinders and complete hydraulic systems.
SEH have produced systems for an extensive range of hydraulic
applications - all manufactured to the highest quality standards
and customers requirements.
SEH also welcome the opportunity to manufacture to our customers
designs for hydraulic power units, cylinders and systems.

Planned
Maintenance.
We
offer the option of maintenance support on all power units and
systems supplied by SEH. We can also offer scheduled maintenance
plans for hydraulic equipment already installed at the
customers' site - from a single power unit to a full plant
production system. Our service manager will visit to assess the
requirements and produce a fully detailed work plan for
agreement by the customer. All work is then carried out to a
high standard by our experienced engineers.

Installation
& Commissioning.
As
well as design and manufacture of power units and hydraulic
systems, we can complete the package by installing and
commissioning on site - wherever that may be. We will undertake
all the hydraulic requirements of major projects including
actuators, control systems and pipe work (Flexible hose or steel
pipe). All are installed and tested by our skilled fitters so
our customers are sure of a fully functioning system. |

Fluid
Condition Monitoring.
Over
80% of Hydraulic product failures are caused by fluid
contamination so neglecting regular condition monitoring can be
a false economy. We can carry out regular checks of system
cleanliness or supply& install monitoring equipment to give
our customers real time information on their systems. We can
also offer our expert advice on filtration requirements and
supply the best products for the application. |

Hose
Assemblies.
We
can make up hose assemblies to most customer specifications and
because we hold an extensive stock of hose & fittings we can
usually offer a quick delivery. We are fully supportive of the
British Fluid Power Association initiatives to raise the
standards in hose safety and we are approved under their quality
scheme. We use genuine Parker products, our machines are
regularly checked and calibrated and our operatives are all
fully trained. |
